Mental legacy adalah legacy yang cara kerjanya menggunakan pikiran.Beberapa contoh mental legacy adalah Animal Telepathy, Hallucinations, Insect Control, Persuasion, Precognition, Sensior, dan Technopathy.
Tidak semua elder memiliki mental legacy, dan beberapa diantara mereka memiliki lebih dari 1 mental legacy.
