'gaseous dihydrogen monoxide can cause severe burns'. That is actualy true, since water turns into a gas when it is heated up at a very high temperature. The boiling point of water is 212 degrees, when it's in direct contact with your skin it can and will cause severe burns.

That is also true, since water, when in constant contact with metal can cause it to oxidize and rust. But they say it in a way that makes 'dihydrogen monoxide' look like a dangerous chemical.
