This is very unfortunate that I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards discrimination in my own organisation. In two years of working in this esteemed organisation department 'Flipkart'. I have enjoyed most of my experiences and chance to build productive relationship with my co-workers. However, in the past three months, I've been struggling with how to address discriminatory workplace issues that I find disturbing.

I would like to inform that I was forced to login from others domain for more than two months which is also a non compliance as per the policies of the organisation. As per the policies of our organisation, we get an equal opportunity to grow with the organisation for that also I have been denied intentionally or unintentionally.

Even being a punctual employee form December 2017, the supervisors withdrawn the charge of 'Subject matter Expert' and reinstate my position to 'Agent Customer Support' and now the technical glitch of my official domain got resolved in a day.

I have tried to bring this issue to your attention to no avail. It is, therefore, my wish that you try to find out what the problem is and act on it in the best way possible. I love working here, and I know that this is a company that holds true to employee wellbeing. As such, I trust that you will handle this matter amicably.
