We understand your concern about the cancellation for your order 'OD116218795957548000' for 'Flipkart SmartBuy Designer Rakhi, Mug Set' and 'Flipkart SmartBuy Designer Rakhi, Mug Set'.
We are sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled by the seller due to some unforeseen issues facing by the courier service provider.
If you’d still like to buy the item, you can place a new order for the same.
We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through.
This is certainly not the kind of service we want you to experience but very unfortunately things has turned out on this way.
We assure you that feedback has been shared with the seller and they're working on putting in additional measures to avoid instances like these.
We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 432/- for your order to your Bank account on August 12, 2019. This will be credited to your account by August 20, 2019, as per standard banking procedures.
If you do not receive the refund by this time, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the refund reference number '088719'.
If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.
