Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try for your product to fix the issue you're facing:

1. Restart the device:

*Smartphones are just like computers. They have Processes and Services running in the background and need a restart regularly (At least once a week). If these processes and services are running for long time without a restart, they may cause issues.

*Restarting your device gives it a fresh start and is sometimes all you need to fix your issue.

2. Press and hold the Power button on your smartphone to Restart the device (If reboot isnt available, turn Off and then turn On your smartphone).
If you want to know how long the device has been running, follow the steps below:

*Open Settings
*Scroll down and tap About Phone (If you don't see this option, tap System and then proceed)
*Tap Status
*Scroll down and check Up time (The time listed here is in hours. Anything above 168 hours needs to be restarted)

*Open Security
*Tap Optimize and wait for the device to complete it
*Go back once and tap Cleaner and Security Scan one by one and run them

*Open Settings
*Scroll down & tap Storage
*Check the available storage
*Tap Cleaner
*Tap Clean up

*Tap and hold the app you want to uninstall and drag it to the bin on the top.
*Tap Uninstall

*Open Settings
*Tap About phone
*Tap System update
*Tap Check for updates
*If available, tap update to start downloading.
*Once the download is complete, tap Reboot now
*If there's no update available, proceed with the next step

*Open Settings
*Scroll down & tap Additional settings
*Scroll down & tap Backup & reset
*Tap Factory data reset/Erase all data
*Tap Reset phone
*Wait for the countdown and then tap Next
*Wait for the countdown again and then tap OK

As per our telephonic conversation, we also understand your concern about the cashback of your order.

We'd like to let you know that Cashback points shall be posted to your Debit Card linked account after 90 days from the month of transaction.

Cashback points will be posted by November 23, 2019 by HDFC Bank.

* If you do an online transaction of Rs. 2000/- or more on multiple online merchants then you will be eligible for earning 5% cashback upto Rs. 500/- basis the highest transaction amount.

* You will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the Cashback points

* 48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only.

However, the seller is unable to provide you the invoice for your order at the moment due to a technical issue.
