Due to some unforeseen issues, there was a delay from IDFC bank to cancel the EMI loan of the customer. In case of any customer contact, due to this delay in loan cancellation, refunds will also be delayed. For these transactions, the amount will be debited from the bank tomorrow (27th Sep 2019). In case of any customer contact, inform the same and close.
