plot/summary: mr popper is a poor house painter who is interested in polar regions. One day he receives a penguin from an admiral which he admires. The penguin lives in his family's house. One day it gets sick, and another penguin, a female, is given to him. Soon there were new penguin babies. The fourteen penguins were capable of acting and dancing and soon the family were making a lot of money from the shows the penguins put up. In the end, the admiral invite the Mr Popper to the polar regions with the penguins.
other: i recommend this book because the scenes are very funny and it is interesting. It is also made into a film.
