Patient - Kelly Husk 53 yr old presents to the er for chest pain, shortness of air, left jaw and arm pain. States crushing pain in mid chest and feels like an elephant is sitting on her chest. She has a history of a MI in the past in 2012 she had 2 stents to her RCA. She says the pain is the same as her previous heart attack.

Nursing Diagnosis

1. Acute pain related to tissue ischemia secondary to arterial occlusion, tissue inflammation.

2. Ineffective Tissue Perfusion: (heart muscle) related to decreased blood flow.

3. Activity intolerance related to imbalance between oxygen supply and metabolic needs of tissues.
