First of all, I really love working in the customer service sector. I had past experiences such as Sizzle Burger/Soro's.
How will you benifit Bakiez?
Oh yes, I know how to make coffee, how to greet people and dealing with trolls. Plus, I really enjoy customer service.
How well are you able to work with others?
I really love communicating with people, for example being friendly and cooperating with them. I believe team work is key for business to strive.
How would you deal with a troller?
I usually play with them when it is order related, for example if an item is not on the menu I say that is not available. However, when it goes to borderline bullying, I report to a moderater.
What qualifies you to work here at Bakiez?
I am knowledgable with customer service, and I still have a job at Sizzle Burger for a long time. Around 10 months to be exact. Plus BB is unique.
