Sorry to hear that. I see that Ekart Logistics's Wishmaster tried to deliver your shipment on but couldn't do so due to no response from your end.

I am sorry to inform you that the given address is not serviceable by the courier partner and hence, there will be no doorstep delivery.
On checking, I see that the product has reached the pick up store on 24 May 18 and the shipment is ready for pickup from the pickup store.
It will be available for 5 days from the date it has reached the pick up store. Kindly visit the pickup store to collect the package.

NON Serviceability

I am sorry to let you know that the product cannot be delivered to your address as serviceability of an area depends on many factors such as seller's location, delivery address and also the type of product.

If you'd like, you can have the item delivered to your office, a friend or family member's address which is serviceable. Alternatively, you can choose to get it delivered at a pickup store closest to you if one is available in your area while you place an order from our app. To check if an area is serviceable, visit the product page on our website or app and use the ‘Check Availability’ feature by entering the pincode.

Maximum limit not able to place order


I would like to share that you can buy products based on quantity allowed on the product pages as sellers have limited quantity and want to ensure all customers have an equal opportunity to buy all products.
You can only purchase after the limits get reset for them. I can't say at any point in time with surely when you can purchase next.

Wait and Refund

I would like to share that I have successfully submitted request for the refund to the seller and would like to share that pick up will be done by May 20, 2019.

Once your pick up will be done by the courier service provider and product will be received by the seller post that the seller will help you with the refund.

I would like to share that once your product will be picked up by the courier service provider then the seller will initiate the refund at his end and the same amount will be refunded to you within next 2 business days.

Flipkart Pay Later
The 'Flipkart Pay Later' payment mode is currently available on Flipkart.
'Flipkart Pay Later' payment mode cannot be clubbed with any bank offers.
Customers can visit the 'Flipkart Pay Later' section under 'My Account' to check their credit limit and the current usage for the month.
Customers can also track their usage and limit at 'Flipkart Pay Later' section under 'My Account' in their Flipkart account.
'Flipkart Pay Later' is currently available only on Flipkart Assured products from select sellers
Customers can reset their 'Flipkart Pay Later' credit limit anytime before end of the month by paying for their previous transactions.
Customers can place orders throughout the month without any down payment up to their credit limit.
While most 'Flipkart Pay Later' transactions are OTP-less, to secure customer's account we will at times generate and send OTP to customer's registered mobile number.
The minimum and maximum credit limit for Flipkart Paylater order is:
Minimum Credit Limit - Rs. 3,000
Maximum Credit Limit - Rs. 15,000
The 'Flipkart Pay Later' amount is generated on the 1st of the subsequent month and is payable by 10th.
Currently, partial payment option is not available.
'Flipkart Pay Later' amount is payable only on the registered account it is generated on and is not currently transferable.
Customers can cancel/ place a return request of their order by going to 'My Orders' and choosing the item they wish to cancel/return.
Customers will get a complete refund if the item is cancelled/returned using the 'Flipkart Pay Later' option.
There is a penalty for late payment which depends on the outstanding due as on 10th of the month, and shall not exceed: Rs 100 for outstanding of up to Rs 2000, Rs 200 for outstanding of Rs 2001 - Rs 4000, and Rs 400 for outstanding of Rs 4001 and above. This will be added to customers 'Flipkart Pay Later' amount of the month.
Further delays in payment may lead to suspension of any further purchases on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile app and Flipkart m-site, till the time the outstanding amount is cleared
The penalty once levied for late payment of customers 'Flipkart Pay Later' amount cannot be waived off. Customers have to pay their amount or before the due date to avoid penalty charges
For any BNPL payment related issues, L2 teams should the BNPL Customer Issues form and if there is no response in the tracker even after 24 hours, ONLY then, an email can be sent to [email protected] as a second level follow up

Customers who are eligible for 'Flipkart Pay Later' will have a flag on the customer card in SA along with a link ('More Info') to their Khaata dashboard.
If customers haven't made the payment post 45 days of the due date, BNPL option will be disabled
When customer is identified for return fraud, the return will be rejected as soon as the return reason is selected. This will also fail for cases where customers have not paid their 'Flipkart Pay Later'dues. In this case, use the 'More Info' link next to 'Flipkart Pay Later' flag to check payments due and payment status.

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail the COD to Prepaid payment conversion:

1. Orders with a single unit.
2. From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the COD to POD option is available only for Ekart shipments.
3. The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD'.
4. Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery).
5. Customers can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to customers via an/SMS.
