We would like to let you know that post eligibility check, KYC process includes two steps:
Step 1: Capture photographs of front and back side of your Address proof. Voter ID, Driving License and Passport are accepted as valid address proof.
Step 2: Record selfie video holding submitted address proof in your hand. Once you start recording, a 4-digit OTP will reflect on your screen. Make sure you read this OTP as a part of the recording.
Uploading address proof photos and selfie video are mandatory steps to verify your identity as a part of the application process. You can always login to your Flipkart account on a new device to complete the process and enjoy shopping with Cardless Credit on Flipkart.
We verify the submitted documents and selfie video to authenticate your identity. You can expect the credit limit to reflect in your account within a time span of 24 hours and start shopping on Flipkart with Cardless credit.
You can start using the credit limit immediately after approval. However, a follow up Document Verification process will be undertaken post approval. Steps for the same:
Executive from the financing partner will get in touch over a phone call on your registered mobile number
Communicate your preferred slot for verification at your address
Keep original copy of your submitted address proof ready during the preferred slot for verification.
