As per our telephonic conversation, we understand your concern that you'd like to transfer the Gift card refund amount of your order 'OD116985741744748000' for 'Ryan Magic Bucket Mop Floor cleaning home cleaning mop set-unique110012 Mop Set' to your Phonepe Wallet.

We're sorry to let you know that the seller is unable to fulfill your request. As per Cash on Delivery/Net banking/Debit card/Credit card transactions, refund to PhonePe Wallet is not possible.

We looked up your order and found that you had select the refund option of 'E- gift voucher' while returning the product through self serve.




The seller has refunded Rs. 695/- for your order to the Gift Card section of your Flipkart wallet on November 09, 2019. This amount should has been credited by now and you can check the balance here: http://fkrt.it/6jBxorNN

Also, we'd like to let you know that this Gift card does not require any Gift card number or pin to use so you can directly use this Gift card while placing the order at the time of checkout.

The Gift Card will be valid for 01 Year from the date it is credited to 'Gift card' section to your Flipkart Account.

We're sharing the steps through which you can make a purchase with Gift card amount:

1. Go to www.flipkart.com and select the items you want to purchase
2. When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay", the same as our regular checkout.
3. Select the "Pay By e-Gift Voucher" Option.
4. If the amount of your e-Gift Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.

If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.

The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.

IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your e-Gift Voucher at the time you place your order.

In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your voucher.

If the payment is made via PhonePe Wallet/UPI/Debit card/Credit card, the refund will go back to the respective source.

If the payment is made with the combination of PhonePe UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card, then the corresponding amount will be refunded to the respective source.

However, the PhonePe wallet is disabled from February 01, 2019 due to technical error from PhonePe.
