Olay günü şikâyetçi olduğum,daha önce adresimi bilmekle/yalnız bir kadın olmamla beni tehdit eden ŞİAR ÖZCAN adlı şahsın saat 21:00 civarı kendisinden korumaya çalıştığımız üç yavru köpekten birini mahalle sakinlerini ateşli silahla vurmak suretiyle dâhil ettiği tehditler üzere,şahsi otoparkı olarak adlandırdığı devlet kaldırımında ezmesi nedeniyle hayvan ve insan çığlıkları sesine uyanarak yardıma koştuk.Tartışan ŞİAR ÖZCAN ancak yaptığı fiziksel müdahale ve tehditler sonrası çağırdığımız ekip intikal ettikten sonra köpeği kliniğe götürmeyi kabul etti,polisleri tersleyip karakola gelmeyi,kimlik belirtmeyi reddetti.Aşiret olduklarını söylediğinde şahitlik yapmak isteyenler vazgeçti.Önlerinde hakarete uğramama müdahele etmeyen memurlardan talep ettiğim kimlik bilgileri/araç plakası alınmadı.Polis memurunun araç içinde şahsıma yüksek sesle aşağılayıcı şekilde"İşimiz gücümüz var,sizinle mi uğraşacağız"vb cümleleri için özür dilemesinden sonra karakola vardığımızda ben ifade verirken olaylara müdahalesi bulunmayan oğlum YİĞİT YAŞAR BULUT karakol kapısının önünde uğradığı hakaret ve üstü kapalı tehditten ŞİAR ÖZCAN'ın yanında bulunan kimliği belirsiz kişiden şikâyetçi oldu.Polis kimliği öğrenemedi.Karakolda ifadelerimiz iki saat sonunda belirttiğimiz gibi alınmadı ve polis memurları bizimle uğraşmak istemediklerini beyan ettiler.Kıyafetimin uygun olmaması sebebiyle eve gitmeyi talep ettiğimde karakol amiri taksi durağını işaret etti, ağır hastalığımdan dolayı yürürken kötüleştim.
