What other conditions should apply to avail the offer?
* Min. cart value: INR 2,000
* Max. cashback points per customer per month: INR 500 (1 Cashback point is equivalent to 1 INR)
* In case of returns / partial cancellations the final transaction amount needs to be minimum Rs. 2000 to be eligible for the offer
* Cashback points will be posted within 90 days from the end of transaction month by HDFC Bank
* If customer does an online transaction of Rs 2000 or more on multiple online merchants then he will be eligible for earning 5% cashback upto Rs 500 basis the highest transaction amount. For Example, If customer uses his card on 3 merchants with 3 different transaction amounts as : Rs 2000, Rs 5000, Rs 8000 then he will first earn 5% cashback on Rs 8000 (5% cashback = 400) followed by Rs 5000 (5% cashback = 250 but will only get Rs 100 as max cashback limit reached) & will earn no cashback for 3rd transaction of Rs 2000 as the customer has reached maximum cashback cap of Rs 500.
* Cashback point shall be posted to customer's Debit Card linked account after 90 days from the month of transaction. Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the Cashback points
* 48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only
* Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner
* Offer valid for all HDFC Bank debit cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
* Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 12 months, post which the same will expire.
* The cashback points accumulated can be redeemed as below:
a. Through NetBanking: Cards> Debit Cards > Enquire> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Account Number> Continue> Input the CashBack amount
b. Through PhoneBanking
* ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer


How do I check if a product is eligible?
* Offer will be listed on product page, for all eligible products. Please check before making purchase.

Is the offer applicable on all HDFC Transactions?
* This Offer is applicable on all HDFC Debit Card transactions except for transactions made using HDFC Bank Corporate, commercial cards, virtual, netsafe or ATM cards
* Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking and neither on cash on delivery transactions
* Offer is not applicable on EMI transaction.

Will I get the offer if I pay using an HDFC Bank Debit or Credit Card via PhonePe?
*No, offer will NOT apply on payments made from HDFC Bank Debit Cards via PhonePe payment option

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
* Yes, you can avail the offer. In this case, offer will only apply on the amount paid through HDFC Bank Debit Cards against the eligible product(s). Also, this amount should be equal to or more than INR 2,000.

How many times can this offer be availed?
* There is no limit on number of transactions. However, you can avail upto a maximum cashback of INR 500 per customer/per month.

Preliminary

1.This offer (Offer) is being run by HDFC Bank Limited (HDFC Bank / Bank) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively Platform), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current HDFC Bank Debit Card (Cardholder and Card).
2. By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agree to be bound by:
a. these terms and conditions (T&C);
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
c. All applicable terms and conditions of HDFC Bank.

Offer Details

1. The Offer is valid for a limited period only.
2. Under this Offer, Cardholders will get 5% cashback* on HDFC Debit Cards on Eligible Products, sold on the Platform during the Offer Period, using their Card. Cardholders are required to check the product page and confirm Offer applicability before completing your purchase.
3. Offer is not applicable on Debit EMI Transactions on Cards in terms of this Offer.
4. The offer is not applicable on:
• Gaana+ and Hotstar Premium vouchers/subscriptions
• Infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles or infant foods.
• Flipkart Gift Vouchers
• Select Godrej Furniture products
• Goqii Smart band/tracker
• Select Samsung Mobiles
• Purchase of Gold and Silver coins
• iPhone XR and 6s Models.
4. The discount will be applied at the time of checkout to the Net Cart Value (NCV). The minimum NCV to avail this Offer is INR 2,000 and the maximum cashback per customer during the Offer Period is INR 500. NCV shall mean the total value of only the Eligible Product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.

2. This Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking or on Card/cash-on-delivery transactions.

4. In case of cancellation of your order, transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount which should be 2000 or above you pay basis eligibility.
5. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. HDFC Bank and Flipkart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
8. Delinquent and over-limit HDFC Bank Debit Card members will not qualify for this Offer.
9. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
10. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
11. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for HDFC Bank Debit Cards holders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
