* RTO Cancellation Refund:


Customer Order Cancellation RTO Refund Info. :

I would like to let you know that the seller has initiated the cancellation of your order as requested by you and you would have received a confirmation for it.

Since the item has already been shipped, the courier service provider will be informed to return the shipment to the seller.

Once this reaches the seller's warehouse and the return status is updated, the refund will be initiated by the seller.

You will receive SMS with the refund details, after which the money will be credited to the back to source within 01 business day.

In case it still reaches you, please make sure that you or your friend/family member do not accept delivery and inform the Wishmaster from the couriers that the order has already been cancelled.

* Wait and Replace


The seller has arranged a replacement for the product and it'll be shipped after the pickup of the originally delivered product is done and confirmed by the courier service provider.

The pickup will be completed by May xxx , 2019.
