Delay in delivery

I would like to inform you that, there is a delay due to an unforeseen issue and the same is forwarded to relevant teams to look into the delay and have the shipment delivered at the earliest

Same city misroute: As I have checked this shipment was wrongly received at the different location due to that only this order got delayed. Please be assured that it has not done intentionally by the courier.

It is because this is the maximum time frame has been shared by the courier and we could not modify it.
