شروط ومتطلبات الالتحاق:
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية،
- أن يكون الطول بين (165سم إلى 185سم) على أن يتناسب الوزن مع الطول
- أن لا يقل عمر المتقدم عن 21 سنة ولا يزيد عن 30 سنة من تاريخ ميلاده الهجري.
- أن لا يقل المؤهل الدراسي الحاصل عليه المتقدم عن شهادة الثانوية.
- معادلة الشهادة حال كونه حاصل عليها من إحدى المؤسسات التعليمية الدولية داخل أو خارج المملكة.
- اجتياز مراحل واختبارات القبول المقررة مثل (مطابقة المستندات ، واختبار اللغة الإنجليزية ، والمقابلة الشخصية ، والكشف الطبي).
- أن لا يكون المتقدم من المفصولين من إحدى البرامج التدريبية السابقة للخطوط السعودية.
المزايا أثناء التدريب:
- مكافأة شهرية.
- العلاج الطبي.
- تذاكر سفر حسب أنظمة الخطوط السعودية للنقل الجوي (للمتدرب فقط).
المزايا بعد التدريب:
- التعيين على وظيفة (مضيف جوي).
- بدل سكن سنوي يعادل راتب ثلاثة أشهر.
- العلاج الطبي للموظف وأفراد عائلته.
- قسائم سفر وبدل طيران حسب أنظمة شركة الخطوط السعودية للنقل الجوي المحدودة.
طريقة التقديم:
التقديم متاح حالياً من خلال موقع الخطوط السعودية على الانترنت: http://www.saudiairlines.com ثم اختيار رابط (توظيف) وتعبئة الملف الشخصي مع إرفاق المستندات ذات العلاقة وبعد إتمام عملية التسجيل يتم التقديم على (برنامج الخدمة الجوية) من خلال أيقونة البرامج المتوفرة كي يتم قبوله كمرشح إلى أن يتم تحديد مواعيد الاختبارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعد مراجعة وتدقيق الطلبات والوثائق المرفقة ، علماً بأن آخر موعد لقبول الطلبات هو يوم الخميس 18/10/1435هـ (الموافق 14 أغسطس 2014م).
