We'd like to let you know that COD service availability in any area depends on various factors such as the seller's location, delivery address and also the type and price of the product.

At this moment, none of our sellers are offering the Cash on Delivery facility at your pincode. In the future, they may resume the service in your area.

However, you can always choose a prepaid mode of payment like Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking, Flipkart Money or Gift Card to place your order for now.

COD TO PREPAID

We understand your concern that you want to convert your Cash on delivery order OD114459575861984000 into prepaid order.

We are sorry to let you know that Conversion of Cash on Delivery (CoD) transactions to Prepaid from Self-Serve (Pay Now) option has been discontinued.

However, once the Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', eligible customers can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible)

If this option is available for you then the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart will be shared and you can pay using PhonePe payment option. The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery.

We're sorry to let you know that the product cannot be delivered to your address as serviceability of an area depends on many factors such as seller's location, delivery address and also the type of product.

If you'd like, you can have the item delivered to your office, a friend or family member's address which is serviceable. Alternatively, you can choose to get it delivered at a pickup store closest to you if one is available in your area while you place an order from our app. To check if an area is serviceable, visit the product page on our website or app and use the ‘Check Availability’ feature by entering the pincode.

The sellers and courier service providers are rapidly expanding their services and hope to deliver in your area soon.

CARDLESS CREDIT

We understand your concern about the 'Cardless credit option'.

We would like to let you know that Cardless Credit is a new payment mode available on our app that allows you to shop and repay for your purchases through a single payment or hassle-free easy installments.

Once you enter your PAN and Aadhaar details on the ‘Cardless Credit Application’ page, you’ll get a confirmation on your eligibility within 60 seconds.

At the moment, Cardless Credit as a payment mode is available for a few customers. That said, we’re working with the financing partners to expand this to all customers.

Note: Usually, it takes (RTO TAT) business day/days to reach the seller's warehouse.

Once the refund is initiated, the amount (Rs. /-) will be credited within () business days as per the standard banking procedure.

Flipkart Pay Later:

I would like to let you know that the ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ option is currently available for select customers and the eligibility for this is decided by the respective sellers.

We’re currently working with the sellers to expand this offering to more customers over time.

However, you can always choose a prepaid mode of payment like Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking, Flipkart Money or Gift Card to place your order for now.

Debit Card EMI:

I would like to let you know that it is for some selective customers only, for this you have to check your eligibility first.

To check eligibility:
-You can send an SMS 'DCEMI' to 57575.
-If you are eligible you will receive the following SMS: Congratulations, you are eligible to avail EMI on your Debit Card for shopping on Flipkart. Explore now! *T&C apply.
-If you are not eligible will be asked to check with the bank via the following SMS: Sorry, you are currently not eligible to avail EMI on your debit card for shopping on Flipkart. Please get in touch with your bank.

EMI on Debit card option for payment can be seen if your registered mobile number on Flipkart is the same as the one registered with bank.

In case it isn’t, you can either update your registered mobile number through ‘My Account’ on Flipkart or update your mobile number with bank.

Important points:
1.Only a select base of pre-approved customers will be eligible for 'No Cost EMI on Debit Card'.
2.These customers will be able to view the offer on their payment page during checkout.
3.Though this option may be displayed on the product page, only eligible customers will see this option during checkout.

-Debit Card EMI/Pre approved EMI is offered by HDFC/AXIS/ICICI/SBI banks.
-Interest rate and tenure differs from bank to bank.
-Once they login in to Flipkart website/App/mobile site app they can see this offer on their homepage.
-If you are not seeing the offer then you need to contact bank to get the Pre-approve
