Title: full-time A-player VA needed for a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency based in London

Hey there,
I am looking for an assistant with great English writing skills who can handle the lead generation in our fast growing digital marketing agency.

We’d like the person to be able to take over CRM management, customer support, admin tasks, appointment booking and online research, as well as implement basic drag-and-drop website tweaks in Clickfunnels, Leadpages, and Wordpress and possibly setting up emails and social media campaigns, so previous experience is desirable, but not essential. No coding experience needed.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Your initial job will be to send proposals on Upwork on our behalf.
Write great proposals that bring clients to our company and make our business grow.
For the first week, work 2 hours a day for 7 days a week.
Then, if you're progressing quickly opportunities are endless.
You will start taking over managing our relationships with our customers and monitoring our system performance, so you will be able to study the inner workings of a marketing agency of our size.
With time and training you can learn the basics of marketing and take on your own parts of the projects.
For the right candidate, this will turn into a full time job within 4-5 weeks.
You will make huge money, develop financial freedom and credentials respected all around the world.

ABOUT YOU:
Great communication in writing
Fast typing & good with computers
Very reliable
Positive thinking, no excuse-attitude
You have a passion for marketing and/or working for international companies
If you want to learn about growing business, customer support, project management, marketing and advertising, this is a perfect position for you, since this is what we do.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
We will pay weekly.
We pay bonuses for great work. If you lead generation brings us clients, you will be rewarded.
Our clear innovative development pathway enables you to stably raise your pay as you get better and take on more responsibilities.
We pay 13th-month salary for candidates qualifying for the full-time position (which includes lead generation and customer support role)
