organize land transportation inbound and outbound, less than pallet load and full pallet load shipments coodernite multi points loading and monitor the movements
contact with shipping agency for competitive rates and services
interface with customers for documentation goods clearance and the other routine matters
coordination with messengers for documents delivery and collection
prepare quotations freight memos and issue invoices
customers support and follow up for shipping operations
facilities shipments status update to customers from origin to destination
proper keeping of contacts,customs code,HS code and the other data of customers and the other parties
support in preparation of reports as needed by management
