Judul: WIGGENWELD POTION
Winggenweld Potion, salah satu potion yang powerful. Kegunaannya sangat banyak, yaitu menyembuhkan cedera, mengisi kembali stamina, dan menjadi antidote untuk Sleeping Draught dan Draught of Living Death.
Sejarahnya, seorang Pangeran Wizard memberikan ramuan ini kepada Putri yang telah diberi Draught of Living Death oleh Hag Leticia Somnolens. Sang Pangeran mengoleskan ramuan tersebut ke bibir Putri, lalu seperti pada kisah Snow White.
Pada tahun 1984 hingga 1985, Wiggenweld Potion diajarkan di tahun pertama kelas ramuan. Ramuan ini juga yang dibuat oleh Harry Potter pada tahun keenamnya untuk bisa masuk ke Klub Ramuan.
Untuk etimologinya, Wiggentree atau Wiggen Tree merupakan nama yang diberikan Britania Raya untuk tanaman Mountain Ash karena tanaman ini secara tradisional dijadikan sebagai perangkat anti-witching.
Wiggen berasal bahasa Breton Lama yang berarti ‘kekuatan’ dan ‘keberanian’. Sedangkan Weld berasal dari bahasa Inggris yang artinya ‘Bergabung dengan memanaskannya pada titik leleh.’ Secara keseluruhan berarti ‘Welder Strength’ atau ‘Who Welds the Strength Potion’.
Warna yang akan dihasilkan oleh Wiggenweld Potion adalah hijau. Untuk informasi, selama pembuatan ramuan ini, Wiggenweld Potion akan berubah warna sebanyak 14 kali.
