А если перепроживать от первого лица в позиции "Прошлое тяну в настоящее", то получается, что как бы плотину на себя прорываешь и выныривать уже особо некуда, кругом "море эмоций".
Т.е. то что проживать по идее стоит и от 3-его и от 1-го лица это стало понятно. А вот мета-позицию какую лучше выбрать - когда понимаешь, что от 1-го лица проживаешь в прошлом или же все тянуть в настоящее и устраивать себе 7D кинотеатр со всеми спецэффектами?)
Я к тому, что ведь с первого прохода не факт, что разрулишь ситуацию и надо иметь место, чтобы можно было вынурнуть, отдышаться, что-то осознать и потом снова нырять.
На сколько я понимаю для этих целей и вы учите людей создавать себе пространство перед сессией, чтобы человек почувствовал вокруг себя безопасное пространство, себя в нем и понял, что есть место, куда можно будет вернуться после погружения в переживание?
