We're sorry that the shipment you received did not have the 'Mansaa 2m, 20 LEDs, 20 Moroccan Balls Battery Operated String Lights for Home Decoration 78.7 inch Gold, Yellow Rice Lights' inside and the seller will not be able to send you a replacement for the item as it is not available with them at the moment.
We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through.
Since we did not want to keep you waiting, we've asked the seller to refund Rs.400/- for your orders to your original payment source on November 02, 2019. This will be credited to your account by November 05, 2019, as per standard banking procedure.
We would also like to let you know that the seller not be able to pickup the delivery product. Hence, if you like you may keep or dispose the same.
