You never know what will happen. you can fall, or stay up. No matter what, God will help you stay up and stay strong. gymnastics is a hard thing for gymnasts. there is a lot of pressure and harsh thoughts on ourselves during shows and meets. Different things make gymnasts nervous - like falling, or totally forgetting the routines. even when we gymnasts practice, we still need a coach. Im only 10 but i know ALOT about Gymnastics judging by the fact i have been doing it since i was 1. Balancing is a very hard thing to do! Surprisingly enough, the average amount of falls gymnasts have is over 100! its crazy!
