As we checked and found that the courier service provider has already confirmed the pickup of your product and the seller has refunded Rs. 2078/- for your order to your Bank account on August 16, 2019. This amount will be credited to your account by August 19, 2019, as per standard banking procedures.

If you do not receive the refund by this time, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the refund reference number 922817240719 and 922817240736.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.
