On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the Show/Hide ¶ button.
Scroll down to the top of the third page and place your cursor at the beginning of the paragraph.
On the Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click the Breaks dropdown menu.
Under the Section Breaks section, click Next Page.
Scroll back up and double-click the header on the first page.
On the Header & Footer Tools Design tab, in the Header & Footer group, click the Page Number dropdown menu.
Mouse over Top of Page and select the Plain Number 3 option.
On the Header & Footer Tools Design tab, in the Header & Footer group, click the Page Number dropdown menu again.
Click Format Page Numbers.
In the Page Number Format dialog box, click the arrow next to the Number format dropdown menu.
Select the i, ii, iii, ... option and click OK.
At the top right of the remaining pages, insert default page numbering (1, 2, 3) into the header, beginning with the number 1 on page 3
Scroll down and click the header on the third page (If the header is closed, double-click to open it.)
In the Header & Footer group, click the Page Number dropdown menu.
Click Format Page Numbers.
In the Page Number Format dialog box, click the arrow next to the Number format dropdown menu.
Select the 1, 2, 3, ... option.
In the Page numbering section, select the Start at option.
Make sure the number 1 is displayed in the text entry box and click OK.
At the bottom left of every page, insert the filename into the footer
Scroll back up to the first page and place your cursor in the footer (if the footer is closed, double-click to open it).
On the Header & Footer Tools Design tab, in the Insert group, click the Document Info dropdown menu.
Click File Name.
Format the last page of the document (appendix) in landscape orientation, leaving the rest of the pages in portrait orientation
Scroll down to the last page of the document.
If the header and footer are still open, go to the Header & Footer Tools Design tab, in the Close group, and click the Close Header and Footer button.
Place your cursor before the first word on the page.
On the Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click the Page Setup dialog box launcher (in the lower right corner).
On the Margins tab, in the Orientation section, click Landscape.
In the Preview section, click the Apply to dropdown menu.
Select This point forward and click OK
