Time pressure:
During my time in a volunteer camp in Vietnam, in one particular activity we were assigned groups to cook a traditional Vietnamese spring roll . I was assigned to be the group leader, so I asked each member what they wanted to do, and I looked at what needed to be done and I assigned each members role, like what part of the dish they would prepare and cook. We got it done significantly faster than the other groups as we had organisational skills and our team worked together well under the time limit.
I'd like to say I displayed leadership skills under a time limit. I checked on members to see if they needed help and acted accordingly by reassigning the people according to what needed to be done.

Difficult customer:
When I was working at a pharmacy, I was in a situation where the customer came into the pharmacy and was looking for something specific. He was in a rush and he kept asking and demanding where it was. So I directed him to the manager. The manager also did not know what he meant either and he began to shout at the manager, so I looked around the store and eventually found what the person was talking about except it the brand name was slightly different to what he was saying, which was why we didn't know what he meant at first. So I brought him the box and it was the one that he wanted.
I'd like to think that I approached the situation in a calm and logical manner, and eventually reaching a solution to the problem, without escalating the situation.

IT Passion:
Well, the IT sector is going to be one of if not the most significant industry in the near future, which is partly why I want to be a part of it because it is up and coming and a lot of opportunities.
So I think that an introduction to IT would be good through Xenontech and hopefully this traineeship will act as a good starting point. I also like the independence and freedom associated with driving around to many locations.
I have experience in IT through both my schooling at Sydney Technical where I learned the Software Design and Development course and through that my HSC major project of a travel assistance pocket app, I learned some basic programming in the app development process.
I also learnt a lot of technical skills in the Information Software and Technology course in Year 9 and 10 where I learnt to effectively use word, excel and presentation as well as looking at networks and databases. Since then I have attempted getting more proficient in Excel as I have made a spreadsheet which keeps a record of all my marks etc.
