We understand your concern that you want refund of Rs. 2300/- which you paid at the time of pickup of your exchange mobile for your order 'OD116669264626647000' for the product 'Vivo Z1x (Fusion Blue, 64 GB)' under an exchange offer.
We're sorry for the trouble you had to go through.
We'd like to let you know that the Wishmaster was unable to complete the pick up of the exchange product as it didn't met the exchange guidelines and also you paid Rs. 2300/- at the time of delivery as your exchange product was rejected.
We can completely understand how frustrating and annoying the situation can be when something like this happens but believe us it was never our intention.
We see that your order has been delivered to you on October 03, 2019 and you have paid the difference amount of Rs. 2300/-.
Once the ordered product has been delivered by paying the exchange value, the seller will be unable to arrange the pickup of an exchange product as per the exchange related guidelines.
Feedback and suggestions from our customers are taken very seriously and have always been a boon for our growth and achievements. We will surely look into your feedback and do our best to get this implemented.
