EXTRACT- We should extract/take out one attribute of God from whatever BIble text or reading on any given day. Locate one of the attributes of God you're going to celebrate and focus on and worship.
EXAMPLE- After extracting... Think out loud about the attributes of God. Besides example from your reading, think about other biblical examples. Other stories or statements may come to mind. Talking to myself recounting these examples. Also from history and from own life and testimony.
This (1) establishes in your mind, thinking of the TRUTH. Arming mind and it's spiritual warfare against lies.
Also (2) touches our hearts and starts to warm our hearts and emotions in terms of this attribute of God we're thinking about. Becoming a flame and fire of feelings and affections... Easily flows into Expression.
EXPRESS- Speak directly to God, Jesus, and to and in the Holy Spirit. ... in adortation... about Him! May move into a hymn or song of expression to God, or dance or shout or raise your hands and declare to Him about Him!
