EXCHANGE OFFER PHONE

Thanks for writing in.

We understand your concern that you'd like to buy a mobile phone with an exchange offer.

We'd like to let you know that once you’ve decided which phone to buy, provide details of your old phone in the Exchange Offer form. Offer valid on select devices only. Before you hit ‘Buy Now’, check with your pincode if the Exchange Offer is available in your location. Exchange is possible in eligible pincodes only.

Once the Order is placed, the new phone will be shipped. Hand in your old phone, in working condition, to the field executive at the time of delivery.

To verify if your old phone qualifies for the Offer, check the list of eligible devices in the Exchange Offer form. You need to just mention one IMEI number while filling the form.

Please note that only working phones with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange. We also recommend you run the phone functionality test available in the Flipkart App.

Products with the following issues will not be picked up:

*Power Issue - Not switching on.
*Dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the screen/display.
*Crack on the screen, light emitting from the side of the screen.
*Crack on the panel, dents in the body, swollen handset and buttons missing.
*Charging port damaged.

Your old phone will be picked up by us at the time the new one is delivered. Kindly keep your old phone ready with all your data backed up. You may only exchange one device at a time and you can only exchange the phone for which you have provided details.

We request you to ensure all your data is backed up and cleared from your old phone before exchange. You may also remove the memory card, Flipkart.com or WS Retail will not be responsible for any misuse as a result. In the event the device is not working or the delivery executive is not able to do an iCloud unlock check or screen lock check/IMEI check due to a phone being "factory reset" the exchange might not go through.

When you avail the exchange offer, our courier partner picks up your old device right from your doorstep. It is then shipped to the seller in lieu of the new device. The pickup charge covers pickup from doorstep, packing and shipping of your old device.
