Educated on the steps necessary to submit there application to approval then we invite the customer to provide required or additional information so we can submit their application to approval.

Example:
If the customer reflects loan amount available “0 available with EBV and 0 available without EBV”.
• We would proceed with requesting additional income from the customer.
• If customer has additional income we would enter and submit.
• If customer does not have additional income we submit as is.


Once loan application is submitted for approval:
• If additional income was not added, normally this generates an Adverse Action letter, the procedure is the following:
1. Advise the Customer with the information provided on Adverse Action letter:
2. Read the following “After carefully reviewing your information, we have determined that we are unable to meet your borrowing
needs at this time. If you would like additional information regarding the specific reasons for this decision, please call us at 800-465-1585”.

This procedure also applies to customers that are in “Decline” status and have received an “Adverse Action” letter.
