We are sorry sorry to let you know that currently the seller is unable to provide exchange for your product.

By participating in the exchange, I confirm that I am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the product mentioned above (device).

I understand that the following checks will be conducted by the wishmaster who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:

1. This offer for mobile exchange (“Offer”) is being run by Seller on www.flipkart.com,
Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively referred to
as “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private
Limited (“Flipkart”) and is applicable for the purchase of new mobile phones (“New
Device”) in exchange of an old mobile phone (“Old Device”).

2.By participating in the exchange, I confirm that I am the sole and absolute owner
and/or user of the Old Device mentioned above.

3. I understand that checks will be conducted by the delivery executive who will be
delivering the new device and picking up the Old Device.

4. I understand that the Offer is valid for select New Devices only.

5. I understand that the Offer is applicable on select/eligible pin codes only. I
agree to check eligibility of my pin code before placing any order under this
Offer.

6. I understand that the pick-up of Old Device and delivery of New Device will
happen from the same address.

7. Following issues will lead to a reduction in exchange value of the Old Device:
a) On Screen: Cracks, Screen coming out of body, touch-screen issue or discolouration. The
display should not have any spots or dead pixels.
b)On Body: Cracks, Body bent/bulge/de-shaped, parts missing. Battery should not be
swollen and/or damaged.

Value reduction on the basis of condition is only available on select pincodes. For other pincodes these issues
will lead to rejection. Check eligibility on exchange page in “Read all checks”
section where customer is shown the exchange value
