Description: Teens learn traditional graphic design techniques as well the art of generating images through various processes and strategies. This is a hands-on material approach, combined with a problem solving objective with the goal being to develop a broad visual literacy in the fast changing digital world of Photoshop. Participants learn about the creative process, as well as how professional artists can produce their own work, network, and earn a living.

Description: Explore the vast and inspiring world of digital photography, video, and graphic design! Document the world around you by identifying and incorporating the key elements of design, color, and composition. Learn essential creative techniques and editing tools required to create award winning images and video. Work together with other teens to storyboard, shoot, edit, and present a final video product to showcase all the skills you learn in the program.

Description: Urban Vision opens teens eyes to the vast and inspiring world of digital photography, videography, and graphic design. In this program teens learn to see and creatively document the world around them, while identifying and incorporating key elements of design, color & composition. Teens have the opportunity to showcase their work by developing portfolios along with having their work published.

Description: Visionaries is a multimedia apprenticeship that empowers teens to make their own media that documents and reflects their world. Apprentices learn the fundamental aspects of photography, documentary video or graphic design and learn the basics of design software such as Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. By applying the skills they learn in the program, teens are able to tell stories and address issues that are important to them. During a final presentation teens showcase their work to friends, family, and the community.
