The courier company ppl from the final hub are stealing my orders..But instead of helping me or recovering it from them you have asked me to wait..
The tracking details have not been updated since Monday 5:00am..the parcels have not reached anywhere after they left a flipkart facility, because they have purposely not scanned it at the final hub..
In spite of telling you that just yesterday i caught them trying to steal 2 out of the 3 parcels that reached the final hub.. 3 parcels were at the hub, but they came to deliver only 1 telling me that there were no other parcels..after calling the supervisor to complain they delivered the other 2, saying they 'forgot to send both' and they also 'forgot to scan both'..and now 6 more of the same type of item have gone missing..
Yet you are not going to help me. What is the point of shopping on flipkart if the delivery boys are keeping what ever they want and only delivering to me what they don't want to keep for themselves.
