We would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 40052/- for the order product 'Asus VivoBook 14 Core i5 8th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) X412FA-EK295T Thin and Light Laptop' to your Debit card on September 29, 2019.This will be credited to your account by October 08, 2019 as per standard banking procedures.
If you do not receive the refund by the time mentioned, please let us know and we’ll help you out.
Also, The seller has refunded Rs. 637/- to your Bank Acount on September 29, 2019 and it has credited by now. If you do not receive the refund by this time, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the refund reference number '309272597424256'.
If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.
