We understand your concern about the cancellation of your order 'OD113625671467003000'.

We're sorry to let you know that the Old order cancellation is not yet confirmed and hence the new order is cancelled as a Duplicate IMEI Cancellation. 

We kindly request you to wait till the Order cancellation confirmation. Once the previous order is Cancelled, then the customer can place a fresh order using the same IMEI Number.

Cash on delivery

We understand your concern that you are unable to choose 'Cash on Delivery' option for your orders.

We are sorry to let you know that able to enable Cash on Delivery Payment mode.

Also, we'd like to let you know that COD service availability in any area depends on various factors such as the seller's location, delivery address and also the type and price of the product.

At this moment, none of our sellers are offering the Cash on Delivery facility at your pincode.

In the future, they may resume the service in your area. However, you can also choose a prepaid mode of payment like Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking, Flipkart Money or Gift Card to place your order for now.
