#1: Protected area of each big city (except Kings Landing)
The clan that controls big city have exclusive rights for all RSS tiles inside protected area.
Note: Protected area is place around big city where truce/bubble cannot be set. Hive is usually outside of protected area next to the trees that are border
#2: Level 1 Resource tiles
Top 7 alliances will not go to Level 1 resource tiles.
#3 Level 5 Gold Mints
Daily rotation is agreed between top 5 alliances. Server (GMT) time is used

Wed: T&W
Thu: TUB
Fri: XTX
Sat: DEM
Sun: BIN
#4 Other Resource Tiles
This includes all Resource tiles
- except tiles in #1 (in protected area of big city)
- except tiles in #2 (Level 1 Resource Tiles)
- except tiles in #3 (Level 5 Gold Mints)
Player who sends his troops first to the Resource tile has advantage no matter who is closer. No blocking is allowed.
#5 Violation of Rules #1 #2 and #3
In case that someone violate the rules #1 #2 or #3, following procedure will be executed:
1) Email player that is violating the rule.
2) Email leadership of player's clan (5 minutes after first email)
3) Attack RSS (5 minutes after 2nd email)
3a) If Player violating the rule #2 is to strong for lower clans to attack him, any other server member can reinforce this rule and attack.
If same player or clan constantly repeat violation, then immediate attack is allowed, no emailing neccessery.
