We believe this review is inconsistent. As the person stated in the review, we checked out 2 days in advance, but we don't think that this is because of 'insects'. As he were staying in a shared room, we asked the other guests who shared the room about the 'insects' and We didn't hear any complaints from our other guests about that situation.
As Levanten Hostel, we especially care about the cleanliness of the rooms.
After heavy rains in Istanbul, we took the necessary measures for insects. We believe that the person wrote that kind of review because he wanted to check out early and there was no refund for two remaining days.
Nevertheless, we will continue to take extra measures against this 'insect' issue. This review affects our facility badly and is a comment that can cause guests to consider changing their minds. I hope we can resolve this situation as soon as possible.
