1. He should buy the required underwear. Tighty Whities. Highest size so they fit him better.

2. Return home with them hidden.

3. Hide them somewhere in his room (I suggest the suitcase he has on his wardrobe)

4. Take out a pair and put them on.

5. Gather his boxers into a bag and carefully without alerting anyone, creep out of the house and trash them somewhere.

6. Return home.

*At this point he's telling your mate it hasn't worked (because to him he's been speaking to your mate the entire time as if no time as passed) and hes saying he can prove he's wearing boxers still. Then when he goes to check he's surprised and creeped out that he's wearing tighty whities. So he goes in his draw to change them to boxers and he finds they're gone!

7. Give him his last hour or so to remember wearing boxers and then use a trigger word so that he forgets. And now he'd think he's always worn tighty whities.

8. When he's wearing the tighty whities it should still make him deny he's wearing tighty whities because of the embarrassment. But make sure he won't switch back to boxers or boxerbriefs etc.. The embarrassment will help ensure he keeps them secret from anyone in the house with him. So not to ruin his life in that way because they'd ask questions. And he'd have to say he's always worn them and it wouldn't make sense to them.

9. Create a trigger word "Tighty Whities are Cool" which when read will trigger him to confess he wears tighty whities. He will even say he likes them and has worn them all his life. He might even send a pic to anyone who says it. But he should be made to forget each time.

10. Finally, if he somehow finds out he's been hypnotized and knows it's me and he threatens me to tell him it's you. Just make sure it's impossible to remove. I don't know if that's possible to do but try make it permanent. Even if he says he'd give you a million quid it should be 100% impossible to remove. So he's going to have to get used to them.
