Military Exclusion Zone Regulations - Trello - Section 3 MEZ Code of Regs
• The Military Exclusion Zone (MEZ) is defined as the tract of land around Blackadder Memorial Armory, clearly marked with signs.
• There shall be no stopping or loitering within the exclusion zone.
• A speed limit of 50 MPH shall be imposed within the exclusion zone.
• Upon entering the exclusion zone, civilians (any person not on the team of the National Guard) are subject to:
- Stop and search orders for any reason
- Apprehension for crime(s) committed off-base
- Mandatory participation in military checkpoints
• Emergency vehicles displaying emergency lighting and sirens will be allowed through the MEZ without hindrance.
• Civilian law enforcement officers may conduct their duties within the exclusion zone as long as they do not obstruct the roadway or hinder military operations.
- If a civilian law enforcement officer intends to stay in the exclusion zone for more than 10 minutes, they must notify any in-game National Guard personnel.
- The Mayflower National Guard reserves the right to revoke access to the exclusion zone to any person for any reason.
- Civilian Law Enforcement may not conduct traffic stops within the exclusion zone.

• Special Operations Group(SG)
Headquarters Command is headed by a Colonel(CO), they’re assisted by a Lieutenant Colonel(XO). They’re both assisted by a Sergeant Major(SM)
Field Command is headed by a Major (CO) they’re assisted by a Captain(XO).
Squadron Command is headed by Lieutenants(CO), assisted by First Sergeants(SNCO).
• Military Police(MP)
Group Command is headed by a Colonel(CO), they’re assisted by a Lieutenant Colonel(XO).
Routine Policing Command is headed by a Captain(CO), assisted by two Second Lieutenants.
Criminal Investigations Command is headed by a Captain(CO), assisted by a Lieutenant(XO).

Comprised of: the Major General, Brigadier General, Command Sergeant Major, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (Colonels of divisions).
• Training Staff (TS)
Headed by a Commandant(CO) assisted by a Deputy Commandant(XO), and Head Drill Instructor(HDI).
Comprised of Senior Drill Instructors(SDI), Drill Instructors(DI), and Junior Drill Instructors(JDI).

BASIC GUARDSMEN EQUIPMENT
• R21M - A fully automatic capable rifle that only the National Guard may acquire. V to switch between the firing modes.
• B17 - A semiautomatic handgun, that fires as fast as you can click.
• Radio - Standard communication device, press TAB to engage/disengage, hold TAB to switch channels.
• Baton - Blunt weapon, used to smash out windows and can be used to force compliance.
• Flashlight - Used to see in dark areas and can be used for communication.
• Handcuffs MP ONLY EQUIPMENT - Used to detain or forcefully move individuals.
• Taser MP ONLY EQUIPMENT - Used to temporarily incapacitated individuals.
