Olemme ostaneet lentoliput supersaver.fi osoitteesta helsingistä-istanbuliin. lennomme peruuttu jostain syyttä mutta kun otettiin yhteyttä asiakaspalvelun, meille sanottu meidän pitäisi maksaa joku tietty lisähintä että voisimme lähteä joku muu päivä. Eli lento peruttu mutta meillä ei otettu yhteyttä, ei ilmoitettu mitään. kun soittelimme sinne, olemme odottaneet puhelimessä 40 minuuttia ja silti ongelma ei ratkaistu. kun taas soitimme, taas odotimme 20 minuuttia ei vastattu puhelimeen.
Eikö meillä mitään oikeusta tässä asiassa? koska ensinäkin lento peruttu ja emme saanet mitään ilmoitusta asiasta ja sen jälkeen kun halusimme vaihtaa päivämäärä silloin meille sanottu että pitäisi maksaa noin 150 euro per henkilöä.
