21 bin vatandaş TOKİ'ye dava açtı
Bursa’daki TOKİ projesinde 4 bin vatandaşın mağdur edilmesine şehir plancıları ve mimarlar tepki gösterdi. Buradaki mağdurların yanı sıra, 21 bin 127 vatandaşın daha TOKİ’ye dava açtığı ortaya çıktı.
Bu kadar davanın ciddi sorunun göstergesi olduğunu kaydeden TMMOB Mimarlar Odası Ankara Şubesi Başkanı Tezcan Karakuş Candan, vatandaşların konutlarını zamanında teslim alamadığı için ya da düşük kalite malzeme kullanılmasından dolayı dava açtığını kaydetti. Candan, “TOKİ umut satıyor, insanlar gerçekle yüzleşince davalık oluyorlar" ifadelerini kullandı
