previudly our target used to be 48 mails with call whih is now increasd to 56 mails with call. Even KPI are increasing every month by 2 percent. it is very difficult to process 6 emails with call. It takes toll of mind and truth is we are working in tremendous pressure since 2 months. First of all we are hired saying non voice processs and then after we are informed that it is semi voice process and since april 01, 2019, we are doing full voice process. Previouly we wre supposed to do 48 mails with call which was reasonable bu now it has been increased to 56 emails with call. Every one are doing this extended target but not comfortably, we are under immense stress. Previously during OT, one used to send 6 emails but now we are supposed to do 9 hours work in 8 hours. Why so?

When the queue was high, we were told that for time being do extended target and by the end of the april, target will be decreased to 48 mails but now it has been fixed to 56 and we are bearing mental stress due to this. We are even told that due to PL, login hours is getting short and some are even asked to come on weekly off without any pay. If PL affects login hours then why to give PL?

It is humle request to restore target to 48. No employee want to work in stress and stressful working condition leads to decreased quality of work which eventuall affects company reputation in BPO industry.
