Fiquei ótimo no dia, meu humor mudou bastante, fiquei relaxado e aliviado depois.
Parece que consegui organizar meus pensamentos sabe? Como eu tenho sempre muitas coisas inacabadas e acontecendo ao mesmo tempo parece que conseguir focar em uma de cada vez, foi muito bom mesmo.
Pena que no mesmo dia tive uma situação em casa que acabou me agitando e parece que "anulou" o efeito da meditação.
Eu quero experimentar fazer um pouco antes de dormir e não pensar em mais nada, acho que vai ser mais efetivo pra insônia.
