If an Order is placed using the "Payment On Account" Payment Method, and set to "pending" status we will:
- Sync the Pending Order in Magento to Xero, this Order will be associated with the Customer in Xero which has the "Contact Name" field value of the "Company Name" field in this Order Billing Address information
- In Xero, after the first Payment is made in Xero no action is taken
- In Xero, after the Invoice is Fully Paid, we will submit an Invoice in Magento which changes the Order Status to Completed (if shipped).
*Note:
- The "Contact Name" field in Xero must be Unique.
- The "Company Name" field in Order Billing Address Information is input manually by the Buyer in Magento, please take in to consideration whether or not human error is a factor here.
- If we can not find any Xero Contact, that has the "Contact Name" of the "Company Name" in Magento, we will create a New Contact as we normally did with the current extension.
- We will also base on the Payment Method of that Order to decide how it should be synced.
