Gaming is cropping up all around the world at the moment, and I am going to tell you how long you should spend gaming. Children and adults alike are constantly gaming but is this a good thing? Whilst gaming the majority of people block themselves from any outside contact which could lead to stress, anger issues and even broken friendship
Personally I believe that you should be allowed to play on your gadget, however there should be a time limit to how much time you can go on the game for. An example of this is that every two hours the game will let you finish what you are doing then kick you off it for half an hour. This will stop people from staring at their screens all day and will give them time to socialize with their friends and family.
According to the majority of people, they believe anything over four hours is being addicted. It may not seem like much at the time but it is around one third of your time awake each day, and even if you turn it of at nine o'clock you have still have to wait for your brain to clam down before you can fall asleep.
