Например женщина возвращалась поздно вечером домой и поняла, что ее преследует сзади подозрительный мужчина.
И если рассматривать ситуацию в развитии, то блокировка может возникнуть на разных этапах. Блокировка может возникнуть на уровне эмоций. Например она испугалась, почувствовала страх, но заблокировала проявление этой эмоции по какой-то причине, например подумала, что если покажет, что испугалась, то будет только хуже.
Далее блокировка может происходить и на уровне действий. Например у нее возникло убежать, но это желание она тоже заблокировала, подумав, что только спровоцирует этим человека.
Т.е. в итоге у нее заблокировалось не только первоначальное намерение вернуться вечером домой к семье, но заблокировалась эмоция страха, а так же заблокировалось намерение убежать от мужчины.
И в итоге надо прорабатывать все эти заблокированные моменты, а не только первоначальное намерение. Верно понимаю?
