In retaliation I sprinted toward him to try to save him. But as soon as I took a few steps forward, the beast had clasped his jaws around his neck and ended his life.
I yelled in agony as I saw his body go limp, and the beast then turned its head with its blood stained face facing mine. I gathered my thoughts as best as I could and quickly fled for my life. As I was trying my best to get away from the monster that took my friends life, I saw an old cathedral up ahead just outside of the woods. I heard allowed growl and turned to see that the beast was getting closer.
'Just a little more..." I desperately told myself.
I soon after slammed myself against the door, and got inside. As I was closing the large wooden doors, I saw the the beasts charcoal eyes widen in fear and turned blue. Once the doors where completely closed I fell to the ground and
