картинка, звуки или слова, я продолжаю задавать себе вопрос что еще есть об этом и может вдруг всплыть фраза сказанная когда-то и у меня начнется от
произнесения этой фразы телесная и эмоциональная реакция - сокращения мышц, кашель, слезы/сопли и т.д. Я повторяю эту фразу до тех пор пока реакция не пройдет
и состояние не улучшится, потом спрашиваю себя что еще есть об этом и дальше может всплыть другая фраза и утверждение/постулат сделанный мной самим когда-то,
я продолжаю дальше как описал.
Вспоминать ситуации целиком не получается - не вспоминаются как-то, а вот заряженные постулаты вполне себе вспоминаются и в большинстве случаев голосом того,
кто их говорил. накрыть может сильно, но я точно знаю, что отпустит и продолжаю работу.
Скажи пожалуйста, как по-твоему такой самопальный процессинг имеет право на существование?
