Step 7: Recruiter must update the association of the requirement (Submitted to Lead, Submitted to Vendor, Submitted to the client, etc.)
Interview Add
Step 8: If the candidate gets the interview request from the client, the recruiter must add the interview with time, location, mode of interview, etc.
Interview Update
Step 9: In the last step, the recruiter must update the interview status of the candidate (Rejected, Offered, Declined, etc.)
